Deb's Twelve Days of 2012 Tarot Forecasts: Gemini and The Pig

A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step.– Lao Tzu

Yes, Gemini.  Pig says you're all set to have a dynamic, perhaps even a too-fulfilling or overwhelming kinda year.  A year of opportunity and options a lot of other people aren't gonna get, or don't have, or may never have, is in store for you so, if I were you, I'd take up some of them, preferably those you can afford, and gain some serious life experience this year.  It'll help you a lot, particularly in your career and in your relationships.

What will help even more is the growth, or development (or establishment) of spiritual knowledge and wisdom.  Because you may be in a million places (mentally, physically, emotionally) at once, you're gonna need to recharge somehow.  Steadying that brain of yours is not gonna be easy.  Not to mention that how you relate to others, and whether you understand them, will depend highly on what you learn from the department of spirituality.

Now, I'm not instructing you to go off and join some cult or religion to satisfy a need, or desire, for a spiritual awakening or experience.  I'm just saying... get in touch with yourself and what you really need at your core,  truly listen to what it is your soul needs to do or what it needs in general.

Also, try and get to know others who possess far far less than you do.

Well, your horizons will broaden one way or the other, in a way most needed.  This card is about evolvement, for good or ill, so you might want to stay in control of the new stuff you experience, and recognize that this world is vast and some of you aren't the only ones in it.

In the event you're arrogant, you'll realize you're not as smart, mature, or experienced in some area as you thought you were.  You'll get over it.

This is a good year for stimulation.  If you've been 'stuck', I can guarantee that 2012 is gonna get you moving.  Either because you make the choice to, or because things will change on their own.  That means that there is a possibility of relocating, changing jobs/careers, or doing away with certain partnerships (particularly in business dealings, which can include marriage).  Moving, or moving on, may not be a choice, but as scary as it sounds... it is for your own good...

If what I just typed up there is right up your alley, please, please do what it takes to change that area of your life by pursuing what you need, be it another kind of job, an apartment/house, whatever it is.

At the same time, you would have a lot of fun exploring different areas, countries, cultures, societies.  Make time for travel, even if it's just an hour away.

For the betterment of an aspect of your health, I'd limit time spent with family.  Some Geminis could be pulled or dragged into drama or happenings that are simply not their own, that they have nothing to do with.  I'd suggest appearing distracted, expressing nonsense that has nothing to do with anything, or playing dumb whenever your opinion is requested by a relative-- otherwise, you could land yourself in some hot water.

Some of you can ease a burden by asking for help.  Thinking about tasks will not get them done.  While you're out focusing on the bigger picture, you're gonna need someone to help you with the details.  Details may include childcare, domestic help, errand-running, research, etc.

Learning a new language, or strengthening one you started learning but gave up on because you had other things to do, would be highly beneficial.  You might need a tutor, though, smart as you are.  A tutor would keep you motivated.  You can find one at a decent rate now, but in the event spending is an issue, see if you can barter/trade for the knowledge.

Gemini, the best opportunities for you will be found outside of the home, outside of your comfort zone.  Do something new, like taking up a wild dance class.  Try new things, like foods you've never had before.

Overall, Gemini, your knowledge, wisdom, vision/insight, experience can grow immensely this year, as can your peace of mind...  A bus out of town, even, can do your mental health a whole lot of good.

So, what are you waiting for?  Get on it already.  And enjoy a rise in popularity (hopefully a good kind)...
